Webinar description

A typical question regarding hot topics in nutrition tends to be framed as “Is X good for me?” This type of question lacks context and framing and, as such, is unanswerable. Better questions address the context of “instead of what?” and “with what?”. Join us for our next Science of Alt Protein seminar where Professor Gardner will address this context and the steps to minimize bias in reporting regarding his recently published SWAP-MEAT study — the Study With Appetizing Plant-food — a Meat Eating Alternative Trial.
